About Vedhaah Enterprises

A machine shop built around the parts other shops turn away.

Most job shops top out at a metre or two of travel. VEDHAAH ENTERPRISES was set up around Plano milling machines with beds long enough for machine bases, frames and structural sections, and paired them with vertical machining centres for the precise, intricate work that goes with them.

The result is a single supplier in Visakhapatnam that can cut the stock, machine the part, drill the bolt pattern, refurbish the worn spare and deliver it, with one person accountable for the schedule.

  • Two Plano milling machines for oversized components
  • Two vertical machining centres for precision work
  • Radial drilling and CNC band saw on site
  • Own forklift and transport vehicle
  • Led by Srinivas, ex-Air Force
  • IDA Autonagar, Visakhapatnam

Infrastructure

The floor: two Plano mills, two VMCs, and everything around them.

Capacity is the reason customers come to us. These are the machines the work runs on, with the travels that decide what fits.

Why Vedhaah

What you actually get by sending the job here.

Quality, tailored solutions and on-time delivery are our stated commitments. Here is what each one means in practice for you.

  • Capacity most job shops don't have

Oversized components are the norm here, not the exception. Two Plano mills and two VMCs cover everything from a 5-metre bed to a finish-critical detail.

    5,000 × 2,100 mm largest travel

  • Everything under one roof

Stock is cut, machined, drilled, handled and delivered on site. Fewer hand-offs means fewer delays and one point of accountability.

Band saw, mills, drill, forklift, transport

  • Delivered on the date agreed

Timely execution is one of our three stated commitments. Schedules are set realistically and kept without trading away quality.

    On-schedule delivery commitment

  • Solutions tailored to your drawing

Whether you bring a drawing, a sample or a problem, the job is planned around your requirement rather than a standard catalogue.

    Client-centric approach

  • Air Force discipline on the shop floor

The business is led by Srinivas, ex-Air Force. Procedure, inspection and accountability are how the shop is run.

    Leadership: Ex-Air Force

  • Based in Visakhapatnam's industrial belt

Located at IDA Autonagar with our own transport, we collect material and deliver finished parts to industrial customers across the region.

How a job runs

Four steps from enquiry to delivered part.

  1. 01

    Send the requirement

A drawing, a sample, or a photo of the worn part. Tell us quantity and when you need it.

  2. 02

    Feasibility and quote

We confirm which machine the job runs on, the material plan and a delivery date you can hold us to.

  3. 03

    Cut, machine, inspect

Stock is sized on the band saw, machined and drilled on site, and checked against the drawing.

  4. 04

    Delivered

Finished parts are loaded with our forklift and delivered in our own vehicle, or packed for onward transport.

Send us the drawing. We'll tell you how we'd machine it.

Share a drawing, a sample or even a photo of a worn part. You'll get a straight answer on feasibility, lead time and price from the person who runs the shop.
